I often think of sending some words of gratitude to Lifeline, but I put it off and put it off. My addictive voice tells me that what I write has to be perfect, timely, brilliant— and that’s not true!
I am deeply grateful and appreciative to all who have contributed, all who have worked to put Lifeline together month after month. I have been in OA for more than forty years and subscribed to the print magazine version of Lifeline from the beginning of my recovery journey. I have identified with many of the stories. I’ve disagree with some of the ideas expressed, but I’ve learned a lot about program and myself.
I take our “meeting on the go” wherever I need a boost of program, and I take back issues of the print magazine where I cannot access online material—many such places still exist!
So a great big thank you!
